Chris was elected to his first term in the Niagara County Legislature in November 2023. Chris won by a large margin, winning 7 out of the 8 election districts.
Chris has served in law enforcement in the City of Niagara Falls since 2013. He has served in many specialized assignments, including the Traffic Division, Crash Management Unit, and the Emergency Response Team. Chris is active in the STOP-DWI program within the department and serves as the first and one of only two Drug Recognition Experts (DRE) in the city. Chris was promoted to a supervisory position in 2022.
Chris joined the New York Air National Guard, a reserve component of the United States Air Force, in 2010. He has served most of his military career here in Niagara County at the 107th Attack Wing, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, NY. He has held many positions, including Assistant Fire Chief and Paralegal in the Judge Advocate General's Corps, and currently serves as First Sergeant. As First Sergeant, Chris serves as a key leader and Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commander on all areas of morale, readiness, and the welfare of the enlisted force.
Chris has a long history of volunteerism in Niagara County. For a decade, Chris served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT at the Frontier Volunteer Fire Company in the Town of Wheatfield. He is also a Past President of the organization.
Chris also served as a volunteer EMS provider at Tri-Community Ambualnce Service Inc., an organization that primarily served the Towns of Wheatfield, Lewiston, and Cambria. Chris served with them for over five years and is a past Assistant Chief.
